Fase OM1-2 – Turin

The ToDream Urban District project, located along Corso Romania in the northern quadrant of the city of Turin, represents one of the most significant commercial development and urban regeneration initiatives in the metropolitan area.

The project is structured in multiple development phases. Phase 1 involved the construction of the Open Mall, an open-air retail complex with approximately 20,250 sqm of GLA, which became operational in the second quarter of 2024. Phase 2 provides for the completion of the district through the development of a Retail Park (approximately 21,000 sqm), a Leisure Park (approximately 16,000 sqm) and a hotel facility (approximately 6,900 sqm), bringing the total project surface to approximately 69,000 sqm of GLA.

The complex is conceived as an integrated destination for retail, leisure, food & beverage and hospitality, serving a metropolitan and regional catchment area.

AGAIN acts as technical advisor, project monitor and real estate valuer on behalf of the financing banks, verifying the consistency of development costs, monitoring construction progress and certifying the technical and administrative compliance of the project.
