AGAIN group was formed in 2017 to integrate and synthesize Marcello Pasini’s experience, gained over 25 years at the top management levels of financial and real estate development companies (SOFINPAR, FINTECNA, CASSA DD, and PP), with the complementary expertise of the middle managers who collaborate with AGAIN.
AGAIN group is equipped to design, support, and manage significant real estate development or reconversion operations, covering both the technical, administrative, and financial aspects.
In particular, AGAIN develops and verifies KPIs transaction, develops or certifies business plans and budgets, performing ABI-compliant asset valuations to define the most suitable equity and debt financial structure in agreement with major banks. During the implementation phase, it conducts project monitoring, certifying the existence of the conditions for the disbursement of the agreed bank loans.

AGAIN is based in Turin, Genoa and Milan but, through its partners, operates mainly in the north west (Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy) of Italy with activities also in Lazio, Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Veneto and has a stable and permanent staff of 5 managers with consolidated experience and 6 junior and mid career technicians, able to follow the interventions with the best and most up-to-date technologies, also being able to count on a consolidated panel of specialist collaborators.

It works with the main players and investors in the sector and has consolidated relationships with all the main end user brands of commercial surfaces.

Marcello Pasini
For over twenty-five years at the top operational of publicly held financial and real estate companies, he has in-depth expertise in all areas of real estate development, from financial structuring to corporate governance, from technical aspects to contractual expertise. It works in connection with equity investors and with the main banking institutions to resolve critical issues and create investment opportunities. He also acts as temporary CEO in real estate corporate structures undergoing restructuring and in banking REOCO.

Manager of real estate development and construction companies, he is specialized in the procurement and operational management of orders and construction sites (estimate, budget, control and monitoring of costs and progress, construction management, procurement, etc.) and in the management of building authorization procedures and commercial with local authorities

Coming from the management of leading construction companies, he is a Project Management expert in real estate development operations (building and administrative authorizations, agreements, commercial licenses, testing, accounting, management of professional assignments and suppliers), specialized in property and facility management activities, in management of job orders and construction sites
