The construction of an innovative large, latest generation Multifunctional Center, to replace an obsolete previous intervention, is currently under construction in the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo between the north-eastern offshoots of the municipality of Milan and those of Monza. the MILANORD2 of approximately 170,000 square meters and with a GLA of approximately 118,000 square meters conceived by the international designer Chapman Taylor, is an intervention that integrates the cultural, service and commercial offer, with a leisure & entertainment able to offer leisure and attraction to a large catchment area connected to the road and motorway system and, above all, to the metropolitan transport system by incorporating the MM1 station and in the future also the MM5 line. AGAIN has so far followed as project monitor the implementation of the preliminary interventions and the compliance of the development project.
