Torino Fashion Village

The Torino Fashion Village – Phase 2 project, completed in Settimo Torinese, represents the natural completion and expansion of the existing outlet, strengthening its role as a key shopping and leisure hub in the Turin metropolitan area.

The project, designed by architect Claudio Silvestrin, expands the original facility with the creation of approximately 11,000 square meters of new retail space (GLA), bringing the total area of ??the complex to approximately 32,000 square meters. The extension integrates seamlessly with the existing architectural and distribution concept, consolidating the identity of the shopping village and improving the quality of its spaces and flow.

Phase 2 includes the addition of new retail units and spaces dedicated to restaurants and services, with the aim of increasing the center’s attractiveness on a regional and interregional scale, as well as optimizing the asset’s economic and financial performance.

AGAIN carries out project monitoring, control, and technical consultancy activities, verifying the progress of the works, their consistency with the business plan, and certifying the technical and administrative compliance of the intervention for the purposes of proper financial support of the operation.
