The Merlata Boom multifunctional center under construction is the natural completion of the urban development of Cascina Merlata, a compendium of residential buildings which, when fully operational, will house about 15,000 inhabitants. Cascina Merlata Bloom constitutes the service, trade, entertainment and leisure hub capable of connecting the MIND settlement by overcoming the infrastructural corridor that separates the two major development realities of the western end of the territory of the municipality of MILAN. The multifunctional center is configured as an innovative interventionL with an area of approximately 65,000 square meters of GLA and an integrated offer of service to people of a higher level and quality than the existing centers. AGAIN carries out project monitoring, control and technical consultancy activities, certifying the compliance of the intervention for the financing of the works.
