The redevelopment project of the former General Fruit and Vegetable Market on Corso Sardegna in Genoa covered an area of approximately 23,000 square meters, with a total investment of approximately €27 million. The project transformed the historic market complex into a new multifunctional neighborhood center, through the restoration of historic buildings and the creation of approximately 7,000 square meters of commercial and public space, an approximately 8,500 square meter urban park, 400 square meters of community spaces, and approximately 5,600 square meters of parking. The project, implemented through project financing and promoted by Mercato di Corso Sardegna Srl, returned an important urban area to the city, integrating commercial, social, and environmental functions into a new public space serving the neighborhood.

redevelopment of the former Mercati Generali in Genoa, AGAIN carries out the following activities: project evaluation, business plan sustainability assessment, technical and administrative due diligence, and project monitoring, including validation of the progress of the works for the financing banks, in order to enable the disbursement of financing to support the construction of the Multifunctional Neighborhood Center.
