Sicilia Outlet Village – Agira, Enna

Among the major real estate development and redevelopment projects in the retail segment, Sicilia Outlet Village represents a strategic asset in the Sicilian retail landscape. Opened in 2010 and strategically located along the A19 Palermo-Catania motorway, the Village is Sicily’s only outlet village and currently spans approximately 36,000 square meters of retail space, with over 170 stores featuring leading Italian and international brands. The asset, developed by Arcus Real Estate, joined the portfolio of the pan-European Orion European Real Estate Fund V, managed by Orion Capital Managers, in 2019 as part of an investment and redevelopment strategy in the outlet segment. In 2024, the project completed a new expansion phase, with a further investment of over €35 million, approximately 6,000 square meters of new retail space, and 30 new stores, strengthening the Village’s position as one of the leading outlets in Central and Southern Italy. The operation combines real estate investment, asset development, and territorial enhancement, consolidating the Sicilia Outlet Village’s role as a commercial and tourist attraction and an important economic driver for the Sicilian region.

AGAIN carries out project monitoring, control, and technical consultancy activities, verifying the progress of the works, their consistency with the business plan, and certifying the technical and administrative compliance of the intervention for the purposes of proper financial support of the operation.
