Levante Waterfront – Genova

Among Genoa’s major real estate regeneration and development projects, the Levante Waterfront stands out for its size, design quality, and potential for revitalization. The project, developed based on a master plan by Renzo Piano, envisions a total investment of approximately €350 million, of which approximately €250 million is supported by private investors CDS Holding and Orion, and the construction of 240 high-end residences, integrated with office space, hospitality facilities, a 16,000-square-meter urban park, new public spaces, and the redevelopment of the sports hall. The project transforms a previously degraded area into a new urban district by the sea, combining real estate development, territorial regeneration, and value creation. This strategic project is designed to strengthen Genoa’s attractiveness and contribute to the development of the residential and investment market in the eastern part of Genoa.
